INTERNATIONAL. Digital executives from Brazilian cosmetics company Grupo Boticário are the latest leading industry figures to join the Knowledge Hub of Beauty Tech Live, set for 12-16 April 2021.
Beauty Tech Live is a pioneering virtual event that will showcase the joint worlds of beauty and technology. It is the first virtual expo of its kind in the sector, bringing together the latest tech innovations and solutions across all stakeholders in the beauty industry. The event is being organised by The Moodie Davitt Report in partnership with leading B2B beauty title BW Confidential.
Grupo Boticário Vice President of Digital and Technology Daniel Knopfholz and Technology Director Renato Pedigoni will host a panel that will provide insight into the state of Brazilian beauty ecommerce and how the digital landscape will evolve in the country.
Grupo Boticário Vice President of Digital and Technology Daniel Knopfholz is responsible for leading the Brazilian beauty company’s digital transformation over recent years. Before this, he was Executive Director of the company’s ecommerce arm Eudora, where he helped grow the start-up unit into becoming the group’s second-largest division. Knopfholz also expand the company’s international business, leading Grupo Boticário’s Portugal operation for five years.
Grupo Boticário Technology Director Renato Pedigoni leads the company’s channels and data architecture teams. Before joining the company, he was Leader of Research, Development and Innovation for Latin America at Amazon Web Services. He also served as technology manager at Brazilian innovation company Luizalabs/Magazine Luiza and co-founded a number of health and retail startups in Brazil.
Knopfholz and Pedigoni join a high-class list of speakers and businesses, among them Groupe Marie Claire and Marie Claire International, Tribe Dynamics Co-Founder and President Conor Begley, Summer Fridays Director of Marketing Blair Badge and Youth to the People Senior Social Media Manager Madeline Davis, The NPD Group,
