Young and trendy: K-pop girl group Red Velvet are the new faces of The Shilla Duty Free

SOUTH KOREA. The Shilla Duty Free has signed K-pop group Red Velvet as its new models.

The girl group was formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2014. Their fifth EP ‘The Red Summer’ was released in July this year and marked Red Velvet’s third time topping Billboard’s World Albums chart.

The Shilla Duty Free said it wanted to create a “young and trendy image” to go with its reputation for luxury.

Red Velvet joins fashionable boy band SHINee as the company’s new models.
