INDIA. Coty Travel Retail Asia Pacific has partnered with Mumbai Duty Free to launch Kylie Cosmetics in Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
The store, which opened on 17 October, is located in a high-profile location in Mumbai Duty Free and offers the full range of Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin products.
Travellers can shop the brand’s skincare and colour cosmetics from eyes to lips including its travel-friendly kits. Product highlights include the Matte Lip Kit, High Gloss, Pressed Blush Powder, Kylash Volume Mascara and Skincare Discovery Set.
The store is dressed in the brand’s signature blush-pink colour palette. An Instagrammable Vespa installation serves as the perfect selfie opportunity, while a makeup discovery zone encourages travellers to sample different makeup products.
Beauty specialists are on-site to offer Kylie flash makeovers, makeup consultations and bespoke beauty recommendations.
Founded by American celebrity Kylie Jenner, Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin offer simple and fun beauty products made with clean and vegan ingredients. Coty acquired a 51% stake of the brand – which has a strong Gen Z following – in a US$1.2 billion deal in 2020. ✈
