The Shilla Duty Free partners with Meituan Dazhong Dianping to lure Chinese customers

CHINA. The Shilla Duty Free has signed a business agreement with China’s leading travel and lifestyle review platform Meituan Dazhong Dianping to attract more Chinese travellers.

The Shilla Duty Free Executive Director Kim Bo-yeon and Meituan Dazhong Dianping Marketing Director Elaine attended the signing ceremony at the Chinese company’s headquarters in Shanghai.

With a monthly user base of 470 million, Meituan Dazhong Dianping is one of the most widely used lifestyle information platforms in China, offering various travel, shopping, accommodation and delivery information, as well as authentic user reviews.

Through this partnership, The Shilla Duty Free will be leveraging the platform’s vast user base to attract Chinese customers.

Under the agreement, both companies will conduct joint marketing activities targeting Chinese tourists visiting Korea.

The Shilla Duty Free will offer exclusive benefits to users of Meituan Dazhong Dianping, and will see its promotional content being advertised on the platform. ✈
