The new Max Rossi collection features a contemporary cross pendant made from sterling silver |
US. IBB (International Bullion and Metal Brokers USA Inc), one of the leading silver jewellery suppliers in the US, has introduced a new brand, Max Rossi, to the travel retail trade.
The Max Rossi collection includes mother-of-pearl pendants set in sterling silver, as well as earrings, rings, necklaces and toe rings.
In addition, in April, the company launched a body jewellery line under the IBB brand, featuring belly rings and other piercing items.
Also available from IBB are stingray skin items with an innovative look similar to black diamonds. Bracelets and pendants are available in red and black. Men’s cufflinks are popular in duty free, Executive Vice-President Greg Wolfenden told The Moodie Report at the IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas in April.
The Sabrina Collection features platinum-plated sterling silver and 14ct gold. Pieces are reversible and incorporate both brushed and polished finishes. Earrings, necklaces and bracelets are priced from US$99 at retail. The Sabrina collection is also made with semi-precious stones and 14ct gold.
The Geometric Collection of circular pieces are priced from US$100 to US$300 (cost price). In the US, the line is featured in the Ross-Simons catalogue.
Introduced in April and doing very well in Italy, according to Wolfenden, is the Saint “˜n’ Sinner range of jewellery made from stainless steel and diamonds, sterling silver, 14ct gold, and gold and diamonds. Angels and devils holding pitchforks are depicted in the line. In the US market, the collection is known at Naughty + Nice.
