USA. Starbucks Coffee has finalized lease agreements for two new outlets at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The company will join the Airmall USA-operate concession programme by the end of the year.
Cleveland Airport Director Ricky Smith said: “Passengers at Cleveland have come to expect high quality since the airport began its transformation of the concessions programme five years ago. Starbucks brings a well-known traveller’s favorite to the terminal, and we’re certain the two new locations will become airport hotspots in no time.”
Airmall Cleveland Vice President Tina LaForte added: “We’re excited that the trusted and much-loved Starbucks brand is joining the line-up of an already award-winning concessions programme at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport,”
Airmall opened its operation at Cleveland in July 2010 and now operates a 76,000sq ft concessions programme comprising 59 outlets.
Starbucks, the world’s biggest coffee-house company, boasts more than 20,000 locations worldwide, including 13,000 in the USA.
