NORTH AMERICA. Hospitality platform Servy has named Mimi Ciabarra as Executive Vice President, Partnerships. She will lead the expansion of partnerships within the Servy self-service solutions hospitality ecosystem, with a focus on point of sale, payment, loyalty and distribution integrations.
Ciabarra said: “I’m delighted to join the Servy Squad to continue the evolution of Servy as the leading self-service platform for hospitality businesses. She has over 20 years of experience spanning the retail, not-for-profit, entertainment, and ICT sectors, and is an authority in POS and third-party relationships, noted Servy. She has held previous roles with Omnivore, Revel Systems and most recently as Chief Business Development Officer with OneDine.
Highlights in Ciabarra’s career include growing a retail business for 20 years in Pennsylvania spanning four major big box locations, and leading corporate sponsorships and partnerships at ArtsQuest, a not-for-profit organisation, heading the largest free ten-day music festival in the US, Musikfest, along with various other year-round festivals. In addition, she built the partnerships ecosystem for Revel Systems.
