The retail component reflects the growing importance of retailing to cruiseline revenues and its role in enhancing the guest experience. Themes to be addressed include how cruiselines and their retail partners see the role of retail in the travel recovery phase, who the new cruise consumer is and what motivates them to shop onboard, and how the assortment should be adapted to their evolving needs. Key consumer drivers such as sustainability and digitalisation will feature high on the agenda.

The event attracts a who’s who of the cruiseline world each year

Reuniting the international cruise community, Seatrade Cruise Global will bring together thousands of cruise professionals from all facets of the industry to network, learn and find new solutions.

Anchored around this year’s theme, Forward Momentum, delegates will hear new ideas for sustainable practices, reimagining entertainment and technology to shape the future of onboard experience, and more.
