US. Sacramento International Airport opened its new US$1 billion Terminal B on Thursday. The new facility houses a strong retail and food & beverage range, including a series of concepts operated by HMSHost. These include Starbucks, Esquire Grill and Burgers & Brew.
“With the completion of our new terminal, we’re delighted that travellers to and from Sacramento International Airport can enjoy these well-known, signature hometown restaurants that HMSHost is providing,” said G. Hardy Acree, Director of Airports, Sacramento County Airport System.
“We are thrilled to be working with two terrific local restaurateurs like Randy Paragary and Derar Zawaydeh in Sacramento. Their restaurants, Esquire Grill and Burgers & Brew, are terrific examples of Sacramento’s rich culinary culture,” said Joe Waller, Vice President of Business Development for HMSHost.

Esquire Grill is a well-known Sacramento restaurant, which handles much trade from the business and political community, city visitors and convention-goers. Established in downtown Sacramento by the Paragary Restaurant Group, Esquire Grill is one of the city’s leading fine dining outlets.
Downtown Esquire Grill favourites will be featured on the airport’s lunch/dinner menu – from the kitchen’s signature Dungeness Crab Louie, embellished with bits of avocado, cucumber and chopped egg to the spicy Ahi tuna burger and house-made macaroni and cheese.
Burgers & Brew, founded by Derar Zawaydeh, is said to be a “trendsetter” in the Sacramento restaurant scene. Burgers & Brew’s menu will showcase the restaurant’s own version of the Great American Hamburger and more.
Starbucks Coffee will offer its well-known hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffees and Frappuccino, plus a selection of fresh pastries, sandwiches and salads.
