Desserts include the ruby fruit & sherry trifle with Chantilly cream & toasted almonds for £6.00 (US$9.50).
Mini mince pies with brandy butter ice cream are also on the menu at £6.00 (US$9.50).
Head of Marketing Gavin Gooddy told The Foodie Report: “We offer customers an extensive menu framework based on popular and seasonal British dishes. Our menus regularly change to reflect tastes and seasonality and are presented with rhubarb’s signature style.
“Christmas is a special time for many travellers and we ensure that our guests are offered a taste of the festive season before their flight. The menu has wide appeal, with a huge choice for individuals travelling alone, as well as meals designed for family groups. In short, there is something for everyone.”
The Terminal 3 rhubarb outlet was profiled in the March issue of The Foodie Report (refer to the Heathrow Airport feature on page 19).
Additionally, in a special feature on Chinese passengers at Heathrow in the November issue of The Foodie Report, rhubarb was noted as a favoured restaurant among passengers travelling through Terminal 3.
