Pyd and Avolta bring Tous LoveMe The Emerald Elixir to life with Dufry at Madrid-Barajas Airport

The vibrant, emerald green activation is inspired by the colourway of The Emerald Elixir bottle and features a giant fragrance bottle as a centrepoint

SPAIN. Family-owned Spanish fragrance company Pyd (Perfumes y Diseño) is celebrating LoveMe The Emerald Elixir, the newest scent from Tous Perfumes, with a pop-up at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport in partnership with Dufry (soon to be Avolta).

As reported, Avolta is the recently-revealed brand identity representing the Dufry and Autogrill combination.

The animation features a vibrant green colour palette with a giant Tous Love Me bottle and beauty advisor-led sampling some of the key retailtainment features.

The animation also features the key visuals of the Tous LoveMe The Emerald Elixir media campaign.

Commenting on the activation, Pyd Global Trade Marketing Director Ana Trolez said: “We believe our presence in the key airports in our markets is extremely valuable to create brand awareness and offers a unique selling proposition (USP) that differentiates us from our competitors.

“With LoveMe The Emerald Elixir we had the opportunity to attract consumers with an eye-catching display of our beloved bear in gold and emerald green colours that has been a great success. Our network of promoters is also key in these actions as they are trained to attract travellers and make them stop and get to discover the fragrance.”

Tous LoveMe The Emerald Elixir is available in a 50ml format. It combines notes of green pear nectar, grapefruit and sweet orange to deliver a floral, gourmand scent. The scent has been infused with hints of solar jasmine and powdery violet, alongside vanilla, patchouli, cistus and musk.

It was created by Master Perfumer Dominique Ropion. The bottle — similar to other Tous fragrances — is designed in a teddy bear shape, which pays homage to the Tous jewellery brand’s logo. ✈
