FRANCE. Groupe ADP has announced the recent openings of two restaurants and a Louis Vuitton store at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The company has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs Guy Martin and Thierry Marx for the respective restaurants – The French Taste in Terminal 2F and Teppan in Terminal 1.
Guy Martin previously created the FAB Awards-winning I Love Paris food & beverage concept at the airport. It is based on three offerings: high-end sandwiches, a champagne bar and a 70-seat restaurant.
The French Taste (pictured above) is a French neo-brasserie with 80 seats and an international outlook, according to Groupe ADP.
Thierry Marx is also well-known in the airport F&B channel, notably for his La Plage concept at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
As reported, Teppan (pictured below) features table service and a bar, with dishes prepared on a teppanyaki grill. Marx describes it as “a precision tool that gives full control over temperature levels and allows fast preparation while enhancing the products’ flavours”.
The Louis Vuitton store is located in Terminal 2E and opened yesterday (2 October).
Groupe ADP will also open a new exhibition at the Espace Musée next week. The 250sq m space in Terminal 2E exhibits works of art from Parisian museums.
