Palm Springs Airport welcomes new HMSHost restaurant mix

US. Following the recent addition of Starbucks Coffee at Palm Springs International Airport, HMSHost has introduced five more F&B concepts to the airport’s restaurant programme.

The new dining venues are La Brea Bakery, Dewar’s 12th Fairway Bar & Grill, Zia, Celebrity Bistro and California Vintages Wine Bar.

“These brands offer both a welcome respite and an unexpected pleasure to travellers arriving and departing Palm Springs,” said HMSHost VP Business Development Anthony Alessi.

“We’re excited to unveil these outstanding dining and lounge options at Palm Springs International Airport as a delightful first or last impression to passengers and other airport patrons.”

About the F&B concepts

La Brea Bakery: A renowned Southern California favourite for more than 20 years, offering a range of European-inspired hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries. Complementing La Brea Bakery is the adjacent Palm Springs Tap Room, which offers cold beer and other beverages to enjoy with a La Brea Panini or salad.

California Vintages: Offers travelling wine connoisseurs and enthusiasts a relaxing outdoor setting in which to enjoy their favourite vintage by the glass.

12th Fairway Bar & Grill: Aimed at golf aficionados, this full-service restaurant incorporates the feel of a traditional golf clubhouse combined with the ambience of an American bar and grill. The menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner items, such as traditional sandwiches, entrées and salads, plus a full bar specialising in Dewar’s Scotch whisky selections.

Zia: A new brand created for health-conscious consumers, offering an extensive variety of nutritional, high-performance products, for example fruit-filled smoothies, soft-serve frozen treats, high-performance snacks and freshly prepared juice parfaits.
