UNITED KINGDOM. Travel retail specialist Nuwave Channel Partners has extended its Armor London brand with the ‘Safety F!rst Emergency Kit.’
The Safety F!rst Emergency Kit comprises of five main personal hygiene and sanitation products that help travellers protect themselves against COVID-19. These are a reusable KN95 face mask, hand sanitiser, anti-bacterial surface wipes, disposable gloves, and a carry pouch.
“At the core of our strategy is offering products which are relevant and useful to the traveller, and in the present climate our lightweight and compact Armor London Safety F!rst Emergency Kit very much fits that bill.” — Nuwave Channel Partners CEO Hoj Parmar
The KN95 mask is made with four layers and has been proven to protect against 95% of 0.3-micron test particles, said the brand. It offers PM 2.5 germ protection and has a use life of three to four days. The mask has a CE FFP2 certification and is approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The anti-bacterial hand sanitiser is available in travel-friendly 80 ml bottles. It contains 75% alcohol and has been proven to kill 99.9% of germs.
The anti-bacterial surface wipes contain ten 75% isopropyl alcohol-treated disposable wipes that kill 99.9% of germs and bacteria within two minutes; while the disposable gloves are made with nitrile rubber. The hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes, and disposable gloves are all CE approved.
The personal care and sanitising products are packaged in a lightweight drawstring pouch in emerald green non-woven fabric.
“There will naturally be a surge in demand for products like this in the face the current global COVID-19 crisis,” said Nuwave Channel Partners CEO Hoj Parmar.
