Message in a bottle: Champagne Lanson releases new Rose Label Brut NV Rosé

Champagne Lanson has released a limited-edition Rose Label Brut NV Rosé with an innovative ‘A Message in the Bottle’ design.

Champagne Lanson’s limited-edition Rose Label Brut NV Rosé has a message on the bottle

The new bottle, inspired by London’s Shoreditch district, will launch in travel retail at Frankfurt and Brussels airports on Valentine’s Day (14 February). It will also be highlighted at springtime Cherry Blossom-themed shopping events at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports from 13 March until 23 April.

The bottle features a tag concept with graffiti-style markings describing the Champagne contained within.

Champagne Lanson is targeting younger customers with the campaign slogan ‘The Perfect Start’, which aims to create “renewed excitement” from its loyal customer base.

A traditional pink bottle was chosen to appeal to customers looking for Valentine’s Day gifts, and further into spring and Mother’s Day promotions.

The award-winning Champagne Lanson Rose Label Brut NV Rosé is aged for three and a half years. It is described as delicate and fresh with an aroma of roses and a lingering finish with summer berry notes.

“This style of Champagne deserves the ultimate bottle, and this is what we believe we have produced with this new limited-edition ‘A Message in the Bottle’ concept,” said Champagne Lanson Travel Retail Director Olivier De La Giraudière.

“It is the perfect combination of innovation and trend, making it ideal for younger consumers; a demographic we really want to tap into and gain their brand loyalty, as well as appeal to our loyal customer base.”

Champagne Lanson is regarded as one of the pioneers in the development of Rosé Champagne.
