Media mogul Boris Trupčević appointed CEO at Foreo

Boris Trupčević: Eager to grow a “bold, innovative and unconventional culture”

Boris Trupčević has been appointed CEO at beauty-tech, wellbeing and lifestyle house Foreo, effective January 2021.

Trupčević is currently CEO at powerful Croatian multimedia company 24sata, a role he has held for almost 13 years. He has also been President of the Board at ABC Croatia since April 2018, President of the Newspapers Publishers’ Association in Croatia since 2011 and a board member of International News Media Association’s European division since January 2014.

“Foreo came as opportunity one cannot miss, and I love the company, their spirit, the whole thing,” he told The Moodie Davitt Report.

“I am super excited and honoured to join the big Foreo family as the new global CEO,” Trupčević added in a social media post. “I am looking forward to work side by side with Foreo visionary founder and inventor Filip Sedic, who will continue developing great products we all love. Trupčević spoke warmly of “this fantastic company”, which has grown from just two employees in Stockholm in 2013 to a global workforce of 3,000 worldwide and a presence in 80 markets.

“We will soon be sharing more juicy details about this media mogul turned beauty-tech giant,” Foreo said. “Until then, we’re rolling up our sleeves and preparing for 2021 with a few new ideas and beauty-tech solutions pending.”

As revealed in a worldwide exclusive by The Moodie Davitt Report, Foreo launched FAQ, dubbed “the world’s most powerful anti-ageing brand” at the Moodie Davitt Virtual Travel Retail Expo in October. FAQ was launched this month into Korean travel retail by Hyundai Department Store Duty Free.
