McDonald’s opens at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport

INDIA. A new McDonald’s outlet is the latest addition to the dining offer at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA).

The airport company said the McDonald’s will boost passenger experience at the Mumbai hub

The Terminal 2 restaurant offers contactless options for ordering and payment through a digital menu card and McTouch machines. Passengers can also order using an app which features personalised offers.

CSMIA said the store opening – at the time when passengers are wary of travelling – will help in elevating customer experience.

“The newly launched fast-food restaurant is the recent addition to the ever-growing list of F&B services that have been introduced, which focuses on passenger centricity,” CSMIA added.
