MAC Cosmetics has added a splash of colour to its beauty offer with three new collections.
MAC Shadescents comprises six perfumes inspired by the brand’s most iconic lipstick shades. Fragrances include: Ruby Woo; a woody floral, Lady Danger; a woody floriental and My Heroine; a woody leather.
MAC Shadescents will be available from February in global travel retail.
For the Make-up Art Cosmetics Spring/Summer 2017 collection, MAC has teamed up with three ‘make-up maestros’ (Diane Kendal, James Kaliardos and Kabuki) to create colour collections reflecting each artist’s signature style.
The collections will be available ahead of Fashion Weeks around the world for a limited time only.
Kabuki Magic comprises Retro Matte Liquid Lip Colour in four shades, Crystal Glaze Gloss, Powder Blush (Duo) in golden peach and taupe soft beige-brown, Dazzleshadow, Eye Shadow, Paints, Lash, an Eye Pencil and two brushes.
James Kaliadros features 12 items for lips, eyes and face. Collection highlights are Tricolour Lip Gloss in peach/pink shades, Into the Well Eye Shadow in blue and brown and Moons of Saturn Full Face Kit.
Diane Kendal’s range includes Casual Colour Lip & Cheek in pink/red/beige tones, Opulash Mascara and MAC Studio Quiktrik Stick.
Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour, described as a MAC innovation on a classic texture, is said to provide a liquid-suede finish. The product is available in 12 saturated shades including: Carnivorous blackened red/ Young Attitude blackened teal, Dash O’Spice yellow-beige/Ess-Presso deepened chocolate brown, So Me greyed plum/Topped With Brandy deep dirty rose.
