SOUTH KOREA. Lotte Duty Free today staged its third ‘LuxeMall Live’ broadcast, offering its customers the opportunity to access discounts of up -72% on products from four major brands.
More than 60 items – including wallets, handbags, shoes and other fashion items – from international brands Chloé, Bally, Marc Jacobs and Stuart Weitzman went on sale via the live commerce show.
The shopping event, themed under the name ‘One Last Chance’, featured on the Lotte Duty Free home page and the LuxeMall Android mobile app.

At the inaugural LuxeMall Live held in February, entire lines of shoes such as Jimmy Choo’s Romi 85 and Romi 60 sold out.
Lotte Duty Free Head of Marketing Lee Sang-jin said: “The response was particularly good from customers outside Seoul, where it was difficult to visit offline domestic customs clearance stores.”
Lotte Duty Free has also announced that the fourth Luxe Mall Live broadcast will be staged on 31 March, with details to follow.
In addition, the travel retailer is running an offline shopping event in the coming weeks at its Myeongdong, Lotte World Tower, COEX and Busan stores. An early view of new products from luxury brands such as Fendi, Burberry, Vivienne Westwood and Givenchy will be available to shoppers who have booked in advance by 31 March.
For these events, Lotte Duty Free said that COVID-19 protocols are being fully observed, with only 20 people being allowed in the stores at one time, and a maximum shopping time of 45 minutes.
