Live at the Hainan Expo (1): On location at one of the world’s great trade shows

CHINA. We are live at the second China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo), which began in Haikou, Hainan province this morning. The event, which runs from 26 to 30 July, follows the blockbuster success of the inaugural Hainan Expo in 2021.

The 2021 Hainan Expo attracted over 240,000 visitors and 1,500+ exhibitors as well as providing priceless exposure for Hainan’s ambitious Free Trade Port Programme. But show organiser, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development (Hainan IEDB), has revealed that this year’s event is both bigger (up from 80,000sq m to 100,000sq m) and better. Click here for our interview on the eve of the show with Hainan IEDB Global Media Officer & Senior Supervisor Ruslan Tulenov.

The Moodie Davitt Report will bring you unrivalled on-location coverage of the event this week working with Hainan Hinews Media Company, our strategic partners in Hainan, and other associates, including renowned airport advertising specialist Asiaray Media International.
