
CHINA. Lancôme celebrated the success of its top-selling serum Advanced Génifique with a multi-sensorial pop-up at China Duty Free Group’s (CDFG) International Duty Free Shopping Complex at Haitang Bay in a month-long November promotion in Sanya, Hainan Island.
L’Oréal-owned Lancôme is Mainland China’s leading beauty brand. The ambitious celebration of Génifique was attended by renowned actress and Lancôme local ambassador for China, Zhou Dongyu, actors, Zhai TianLin and Yin Zheng, and over 12 beauty influencers.
They combined on what the brand dubbed “an exclusive journey” of experiencing the 1+1 dual skincare benefits of the Advanced Génifique and Advanced Génifique Sensitive.
The pop-up was an opportunity to address the robust growth driven by Chinese travellers within a booming beauty market that continues to accelerate in Asia Pacific, Lancôme said.
The installation featured hues of blue and white. Beauty influencers and travellers experienced Lancôme’s top-rated serum through various sensory elements, including a photo booth, interactive games and an outdoor lighting installation.
