Kiehl’s opens second location with 3Sixty Duty Free at Philadelphia International Airport

USA. L’Oréal-owned skincare brand Kiehl’s has opened its second store at Philadelphia International Airport, in partnership with 3Sixty Duty Free. The latest outlet is located in the D/E connector; the original shop is in Terminal F. Kiehl’s joins the 120-plus retail and dining units that are currently trading as part of the PHL Food & Shops programme.

Among the store features are wall designs dedicated to Philadelphia’s heritage and a consultation table with popular Kiehl’s formulas

“We are thrilled to have another Kiehl’s location opening here at Philadelphia International Airport,” said MarketPlace PHL Vice President and General Manager Mel Hannah. “Their high-quality products and company promise of sustainability and philanthropy fit right in with our core values and mission here at the PHL Food & Shops programme.”

3Sixty Duty Free Chief Operations Officer Alex Anson added: “We are proud of our long-standing relationship with PHL and encouraged by the recent surge in domestic travel. Elevating the travel retail experience for customers, while expanding our retail footprint in the Americas, sits at the core of our overall strategy.”

Kiehl’s Business Unit Manager Tran-Minh Dan said: “As part of Kiehl’s long-standing commitment to sustainability, we’re proud to dedicate a location in-store to showcase Kiehl’s ‘Future Made Better’, our journey toward reducing our environmental impact and improving the communities we serve. There, customers will be able to discover what Kiehl’s is doing to generate less waste and reduce carbon emissions through the formula ingredients and the packaging materials.

“The store features iconic walls dedicated to Philadelphia’s heritage — a fun photo opportunity for customers to interact and take pictures. To ease customers’ navigation and improve travel wellness, a central, engaging consultation table features Kiehl’s most beloved formulas.”
