Rossinyol becomes Chief Executive Officer effective 1 June.

Díaz, who has given such outstanding service to the company and the travel retail sector, will step down  as Chief Executive Officer on 31 May and will not stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors at the 2022 AGM.

“This was part of the handover between Xavier Rossinyol and me, as we came to visit Heathrow and we talked about the recovery; how the two companies were committing to our partnership; and ensuring we ramp up to meet demand and continue to work closely together to evolve our travel retail offer to remain relevant and exciting for Heathrow passengers,” Díaz told The Moodie Davitt Report.

Partnership ties and commitment to recovery were reaffirmed during this month’s meeting at Heathrow Airport. Pictured (left to right) are Fraser Brown, Julián Díaz, Ross Baker and Xavier Rossinyol.
