CHINA. Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex (HTDF) has introduced a trio of well-known brands to its Sanya store, including high-end skincare label Augustinus Bader; American sportswear brand Starter; and Kelmorrs, a fashion house of Italian origin.
The openings have helped attract many new customers, HTDF said.
The Kelmorrs range is located on the first floor of the shopping complex. It combines classic fashion, low-key luxury style, and simple design with pure handicraft and functionality.

During the opening period, HTDF is offering customers -20% off one piece and -30% off for two. For gentlemen, a purchase of a bespoke suit comes with five complimentary garment maintenance services. Ladies can enjoy two complimentary silk scarves with a spending of CNY5,000 (US$72) or above.
Augustinus Bader, located on the fourth floor, provides a wide range of skincare products, each claimed to rejuvenate the youthful potential of skin cells, making the skin more youthful and plump. During the opening period, a -25% discount is being offered for purchasing two pieces, plus a free gift delivery option.

Starter is located on the fifth floor. Founded in 1971, the brand is renowned for having pioneered the fusion of sports clothing with popular culture by forging partnerships with major pro basketball, football, baseball, hockey and college league teams.
“Starter, a well-known sportswear brand in the United States, is known as the originator of street brands,” HTDF said. “In the early days of the brand’s establishment, the brand quickly swept across the United States with its masculine, sporty, and fresh features. Since its establishment, it has always adhered to the concept of being a young brand that integrates American street culture, helping the public understand fashion and instantly remember the brand’s unique design forms.”
During the opening period, all Starter products are -10% off. The store has the latest Vol sneaker collection—as seen on Chinese actor and basketball enthusiast Dylan Wang—and apparel from the Starter x Star Wars collaborative collection.
