HMSHost targets foodies with new F&B outlets at LaGuardia Airport

USA. HMSHost has teamed up with LaGuardia Gateway Partners to open three “best of New York” dining outlets in the new concourse at LaGuardia Airport Terminal B.

Shake Shack, La Chula and Osteria Fusco join F&B options in the concourse which will open officially tomorrow (1 December).

HMSHost Vice President Business Development Anthony Alessi said: “It is a joy to start the busy holiday travel season by providing an elevated dining experience for passengers in the new eastern concourse in Terminal B for the first time.

“These local restaurant brands represent the best of New York and we thank LaGuardia Gateway Partners for this valuable opportunity.”

Skake Shack, a ‘roadside’ burger specialist, is one of three new outlets for HMSHost at LaGuardia Airport.

LaGuardia Gateway Partners Chief Commercial Officer Ed Baklor commented: “We’re thrilled to partner with HMSHost to offer travellers an amazing selection of food and beverage options in the new Terminal B concourse that New Yorkers and all visitors will be proud of.

Shake Shack is a ‘roadside’ burger stand known for its Angus beef burgers, chicken sandwiches, griddled flat-top dogs, frozen custard, crinkle-cut fries, craft beer and wine.

Osteria Fusco and La Chula join HMSHost’s ‘best of New York’ dining options.

La Chula, a Mexican taqueria from New York City chef Julian Medina, specialises in tacos and margaritas. Osteria Fusco highlights Italian cuisine; New York chef Scott Conant’s dishes include Pasta al Pomodoro and Rigatoni with Nonna’s Neopolitan meat ragu.
