Italian cosmetics house GFL Skin Care has appointed Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) to support its launch into the travel retail channel.
GFL Skin Care — a leading hotel amenities supplier — is introducing seven new brands into the channel. The company was founded in Milan in 1995 and produces over 700 million cosmetics and toiletries annually.
The brands to be launched into travel retail are Prija, The Rerum Natura, Anyah Eco Spa Treatments, Osme Organic, Dadaumpa, Geneva Green and Gel for Life.
Several of the company’s best-selling products, across the seven brands, will also be launched in travel retail. They include the Prija Bath Cream, Prija Kit Travel Size, The Rerum Natura Body Cream and The Rerum Natura Travel Necessities Kit.
GLF Skin Care has been eco-certified since 2009 and has sustainability at its core, ensuring that its offer has ecological and bio-organic certifications. The seven travel retail brands will be packaged and manufactured at the company’s 100% renewable-energy powered factory in Milan, reinforcing GFL Skin Care’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.

In addition, GFL Skin Care produced over two million toiletries and personal care products weekly to support various humanitarian and charitable initiatives at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
“We are delighted to be working alongside GFL Skin Care on what is a beautiful range of products,” commented Harper Dennis Hobbs Executive Director Simon Black. “Perfectly placed for the domestic retail and travel retail sectors, the seven different brands are made up of cosmetic and soap products that hold sustainability in the highest regard, which I believe will prove very popular with both retailers and consumers.”
GFL Skin Care CEO Guido Bonadonna said, “Selecting the right partner to help launch our new brands was extremely important to us. We are excited to be working alongside the Harper Dennis Hobbs team to bring our range of products to shelves across the UK.”
