FRANCE. French fashion and accessories house Gerard Darel has designed its first-ever watch which will be unveiled at the TFWA World Exhibition this month (Stand number: Green Village J55).

Gerard Darel’s With Love women’s watch has been created exclusively for the brand by the company founder Danièle Darel, who is a keen collector of old watches.
The quartz watch has a classic style with a pale cream face in silver coloured steel casing and italic numerals. The plain steel hands and the tiny seconds dial set at the 6 o’clock position are said to give it a retro appearance. The words With Love are inscribed on the back.
The watch is offered in black, brown, red and blue and will retail at a recommended price of €220 (US$300) in travel retail.
This is the first venture into timepieces by Gerard Darel, known for its extensive range of fashionable 24-hour gathered handbags and the iconic Jackie Kennedy-inspired handcrafted glass bead necklace.
