From South Africa to Japan: Diverse Flavours coming to Cannes

Diverse Flavours is gearing up to showcase its range of South African wines and Japanese sake at the TFWA World Exhibition (Red, L34).

Sakuramasamune Junmai Daiginjo 40 is being introduced to travel retail

The distributor, whose business model is based on building long-term relationships with both brands and retailers, will expand its sake offer by launching Sakuramasamune Junmai Daiginjo 40 into travel retail. The new product from one of Japan’s oldest sake makers is brewed from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40%.

Sake expert Yumi Hayashi will be on the distributor’s stand to give delegates a better understanding of sake and the range the company is offering for travel retail.

Diverse Flavours has said its stand will also be home to 50 different wines from across South Africa. The wineries featured will include Cederberg, South Africa’s highest winery; Delaire Graff Estate, ‘the jewel of the Cape Winelands’; and Groot Constantina, South Africa’s oldest winery dating back to 1685.
