Foreo rolls out Kiwi and Kiwi Derma pore vacuum devices in travel retail

“Moving into 2024, we will expand even further in the self care-at-home category” – Foreo Travel Retail China Head Allen Fang

Swedish beauty tech and wellbeing brand Foreo has released the Kiwi collection featuring Kiwi the blackhead pore remover vacuum and Kiwi Derma, a microdermabrasion pore vacuum.

The Kiwi blackhead pore remover vacuum is designed to extract dirt from pores. Accoding to Foreo, Kiwi is fast, safe and efficient in removing blackheads, whiteheads and oil.

It relies on a calibrated blue LED light to prevent future breakouts by destroying any remaining bacteria inside the pore. As the device unclogs pores, it also temporarily opens them, allowing skincare routines to penetrate deeply.

The Kiwi Derma is a microdermabrasion pore vacuum that focuses on resurfacing the skin texture to even it out. Its tips are made with medical-grade steel and Adamas diamonds that don’t have to be replaced after use.

Foreo said the microdermabrasion device is non-invasive, and it removes dead skin cells and impurities with the vacuum suctioning feature. It offers six customisable intensities that work on reducing fine lines, exfoliating the T-zone and performing gentle exfoliation.

Foreo Travel Retail China Head Allen Fang said, “The Kiwi has seen fantastic sales globally, and we are excited to welcome the line into our travel retail offerings.

“Expanding our range to cater to different segments of consumers has always been a crucial touchpoint for us, and Kiwi promises to usher in a younger audience seeking something cool, stylish and fresh.

The Kiwi offers an alternative to traditional pore strips that tug at the skin

“Moving into 2024, we will expand even further in the self care-at-home category, continuing our legacy of relevance and superiority in the medical skin tech division.”

The Kiwi collection was created when the brand stumbled upon a niche as Foreo noted: “With a large focus for the brand centring around what goes on the skin, we realised that we had not focused on what comes out of it.” ✈
