Ethos Farm reveals Aviation Service Excellence while Physical Distancing course

INTERNATIONAL. Ethos Farm has today (8 June) launched a new online training programme designed to educate employees in the aviation sector on how to adapt their service in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 40-minute Aviation Service Excellence while Physical Distancing course will offer participants greater knowledge of:

  • The current global landscape and how it is evolving
  • Changed customer mindsets and behaviours
  • Individual, colleague and customer safety
  • How the customer journey has changed
  • How to adapt service for the current climate
  • How to still deliver excellent service while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)

Ethos Farm Founder & CEO Sally Alington said her company had created the course to satisfy “an urgent need to rebuild confidence with customers and employees alike so the industry can begin to recover”.

She continued: “We know there is a real need to offer guidance to employees going back into customer-facing roles and support them with staying safe, whilst grappling with new safety protocols and PPE. Our training programme is designed to do just that, and we are truly excited to launch to the market for individual learners to purchase or for any organisation to license for their workforce.”

Ethos Farm added that the content can be adapted and tailored to individual airports, airlines, retailers, ground handlers and other aviation stakeholders. Virtual classroom learning is also available.

The course is available online now and more information is available from Sally Alington.
