Ethos Farm reaches final of 2018 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards

UK. Consultancy Ethos Farm has been shortlisted in the New Business of the Year category for the 2018 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.

Ethos Farm was set up by former Blackjack Promotions Managing Director Sally Alington last year and has offices in London and New York. The company’s services focus on organisations with front-line staffing – in particular airports, airlines, retailers, travel retailers and luxury brands – and their respective customer experiences.

The consultancy said it aimed “to transform workforces into brand custodians through service design, learning and development and innovative technologies”.

The Lloyds Bank National Business Awards, which is in its 17th year, was set up to celebrate the best of British business and recognise companies which are driving exceptional growth across the country.

Ethos Farm Founder and CEO Sally Alington said: “Being shortlisted for New Business of the Year is a dream come true for us. We started this company with a vision about highlighting the importance of people who work for organisations and engage with customers on the front line. They are the very heart of the customer experience and ultimately the part that customers remember.

“The successes we enjoyed in year one have been incredible, with some of the most fantastic clients keen to work with us from the outset. We feel excited and honoured to be among such an amazing shortlist of finalists.”

Over 1,000 applications were assessed before the shortlist was finalised. The Lloyds Bank National Business Award Brand Director Sarah Austin commented: “All entries faced a rigorous judging process, which is why the awards are an accolade to true, world-class achievements, offering businesses the credibility and encouragement to continue in their ambitious success. Due to the high-level of competition witnessed this year, all finalists should feel incredibly proud.”

The award winners will be announced at an event on 13 November at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
