
CHINA. American skincare brand Elizabeth Arden last month hosted an exclusive VIP beauty event with China Duty Free Group (CDFG) in Hainan province.
The event was held at the rooftop of CDF Haikou Duty Free Shop in downtown Haikou on 29 December and hosted 20 of CDF’s VIP customers.
Elizabeth Arden’s Prevage Anti-Aging Daily Serum 2.0 was centre of attention during the event, which featured Prevage-themed high tea, a beauty masterclass, a motivational talk and DIY grooming activities.

Formulated with Idebenone, Prevage Anti-Aging Daily Serum 2.0 is described as a powerful antioxidant and age-defying serum. It has won more than 247 beauty awards since it was created in 2005 and revamped in 2021.
Prevage seeks to deliver healthy and glowing skin, offsetting stress levels and late nights.
At the event, Elizabeth Arden presented inspirational stories featuring three ‘Prevage Girls’ of different ages – a 25-year-old professional who works late nights to fulfil her dreams; a 35-year-old mother who juggles parenthood and career; and a lady of 80.

All three of them appear to have a natural glow, not just on the skin with the use of Prevage, but from their inner strength and positive mindset, the brand owner noted.
Elizabeth Arden aimed to inspire women to ‘Let Your Light Shine’, the key message that encourages them to “Always put their best face forward; embrace challenges; seek for self-growth; chase after dreams and live life the way they would like.”


At the masterclass, VIP guests were given a chance to experience and learn more about Elizabeth Arden products. The discussion also focused on the significance of the colour orange, the colour of Prevage’s key ingredient – Idebenone.
They were taught how to match their orange outfits and accessories with other shades to brighten their mood.
