Edrington holds charity bike ride for disadvantaged children in Singapore

SINGAPORE. Edrington Asia-Pacific is holding a charity bike ride from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore in support of children from disadvantaged and dysfunctional families.

The Ride for The Children at Street 11 fundraiser is part of Edrington’s Charitable Giving initiative. It will take place from 21-23 November and features 17 cyclists from Edrington’s regional offices riding the 400km distance.

All funds raised will go to charity Child At Street 11, which operates a childcare centre for disadvantaged children in Singapore.

Edrington is double-matching donations, so that one Singapore dollar becomes three, and added to a Singapore government donation matching initiative, means that every dollar donated leads to six dollars for Child at Street 11.

The Moodie Report is making a donation, and anyone interested in supporting the initiative can make a donation by visiting www.sggives.org/street11 (under dedication, please indicate “In support of Tellis Baroutsis from Edrington”).
