DXB boosts retail and F&B offer with 11 new openings

UAE. New shops and restaurants have opened at DXB (Dubai International) Terminal 3 in recent weeks, in time for the busy holiday travel period.

Three brands recently opened for business in Concourse B. Bath & Body Works has commenced trading after unveiling its first airport store in the Middle East. Among the goods on offer are stocking candles, body care products and hand sanitisers.

The ever-expanding DXB retail and F&B offer has been boosted by multiple openings across three concourses

Pink, the Victoria’s Secret spin-off store, opened in Concourse B this week, stocking a range of essentials, plus sleepwear and swimming costumes. Also just opened in the same concourse is an M&S festive pop-up.

Meanwhile, food & beverage (F&B) openings across the DXB concourses include Comptoir Libanais in Concourse A, offering a taste of contemporary Lebanese cuisine. The brand, which has venues across Europe, is opening its first Middle East restaurant, offering dine-in or grab and go options.

Also adding to the F&B options in Concourse A is Bottega, a restaurant and bar concept which is rapidly expanding its airport footprint. It is offering a menu of Italian ‘comfort’ dishes including creamy risotto balls filled with spinach, ricotta and provola cheese and fresh sourdough topped with sweet cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil.

The new names in Concourse A are completed by Australian brand Jones the Grocer, an express food and drink products outlet. This is Jones the Grocer’s second DXB opening, with a third scheduled to open in Terminal 2 in early 2020.

Making its debut at DXB in Concourse B is The Hangar, an aviation-themed sports bar and restaurant. Its menu features a mixture of bar snacks and burgers, with a breakfast menu whose highlights include a cornbread and cranberry bagel.

Finally, over in Concourse C, the Food Village is now open with a selection of dining options from McDonald’s, KFC, Flour & Stone and Taste of India.
