Dubai Airports seeks Head of Food & Beverages to lead and manage F&B portfolio

UAE. Dubai Airports is looking for a Head of Food & Beverages as it continues to diversify its dining offer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the food & beverage (F&B) portfolio of Dubai Airports, including “contract management, stakeholder relationship[s], category alignment and development [and] planning and execution”, according to a job description posted online.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the F&B offering across both airports owned by Dubai Airports. In recent years that offer has become more diverse, with many new concepts and brands.

They will also drive food & beverage sales and revenue and customer-service standards, as well as undertake audits to ensure the successful operation of the F&B portfolio at the two airports owned and managed by Dubai Airports, Dubai International and Dubai World Central.

The company adds: You will plan and execute detailed service-standards checks and audits to ensure excellent operational standards and [also that] delivery of best-in-class service is achieved.

The company is seeking candidates who:

  • Are educated to master’s or bachelor’s degree level, with a minimum of four years in a leadership role and eight years’ related experience;
  • Have a detailed understanding of global food & beverage trends;
  • Understand the complexities and opportunities of the travel retail business;
  • Are key drivers of food & beverage business;
  • Can develop and deliver commercially challenging goals; and
  • Have demonstrable success in a multi-stakeholder environment.
