Disaronno partners with Versace to create second limited-edition bottle

The limited-edition bottle decoration is inspired by the Versace Home Collection

Disaronno has teamed up with fashion house Versace to create a limited-edition bottle to be launched this month in travel retail. It follows last year’s limited-edition Moschino bottle, of which 1.5 billion were sold worldwide.

Inspired by the Versace Home Collection 2014, the bottle is aimed at the Christmas gift market. It will be available domestically next month.

Illva Saronno CEO Augusto Reina said: “After our successful partnership with Moschino last year we are thrilled to be linking with Versace this year for our second limited-edition bottle of Disaronno. Versace is one of the world’s leading international fashion houses, with its iconic logo instantly recognisable. We see this collaboration as very positive for Disaronno in our ongoing aim to stay fresh and innovative.

“We used travel retail as a platform to showcase the product last year and again will follow this launch schedule for October 2014.”

As last year, a proportion of profits from the bottles will go to the charity Fashion for Development (sponsored by the United Nations) to help its development in Africa.
