DFS has partnered with Swiss watchmaker Titoni for the exclusive launch of the brand’s Airmaster watch. It is the first such collaboration between the companies. The timepiece is available since 1 May at selected DFS downtown and airport stores worldwide.
Titoni was founded in Grenchen, Switzerland in 1919. The third-generation family-owned business is recognised for offering affordable luxury, marrying creative design with modern technology.
DFS Group Executive Vice President Merchandising Ariel Gentzbourger said: “DFS is delighted to be partnering with Titoni for the first time to offer this exclusive and timeless piece for our discerning travelling customer.”
Gentzbourger said the Airmaster “demonstrates DFS’ and Titoni’s shared vision to offer extraordinary pieces to our customers, backed by a passionate commitment to quality”.
Titoni CEO Daniel Schluep added: “When a customer purchases a Titoni watch, he is actually showing us a mirror through which we can see the reflection of ourselves. We are always reminded of our long-held philosophy that our only satisfaction is the satisfied customers.”
The Titoni Airmaster features a two-tone watch bracelet including a double fold-over buckle with pushers, and a silver sunray brushed watch dial set with 12 Roman numerals. Design elements include diamond-cut indexes, a big opening for better dial viewing and Luminova on the hands and dial, enabling time reading in the dark.
