INDIA. Delhi Duty Free has partnered with leading travel hospitality company Plaza Premium Group and its Allways meet & greet brand to offer a range of benefits to travellers at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. These include shopping discounts and personal services.
Plaza Premium’s Allways brand offers a paid ‘VIP Meet & Greet’ service to arriving, departing and transiting travellers at many airports, including Delhi.
Services include VIP lane access for cars, a dedicated service officer to help with airline and airport-related processes, a dedicated porter for baggage assistance, buggy service for gate transfers, premium lounge access and most recently, exclusive benefits at Delhi Duty Free.
The partnership will give passengers using the Allways service access to:

- -10% off at all Delhi Duty Free stores

- No-queue billing at dedicated cash tills
- Delivery of products purchased to boarding gates, lounge or arrival hall
- Priority handling of post-shopping assistance.
The Allways suite of services at Delhi International includes:
- Priority lane access/ VIP pick-up point access for guests’ cars
- Welcome with co-branded placard at drop-off zone at departure or at aircraft arrival gates
- Assistance with airport and airline processes including terminal entry, check-in, buggy service, baggage handling etc.
- Guidance through designated immigration counters and security check
- Complimentary lounge access on arrival and departure
- Boarding alerts and coordination to ensure “a seamless airport experience”.
