Davidoff marks Year of the Rooster with limited-edition cigar line

Davidoff Cigars has created a limited-edition line and accompanying accessories to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Rooster.

The Year of the Rooster 2017 Limited Edition cigars combine a blend of Piloto Seco, San Vincente Visus, Piloto Visus and Criollo Seco, all seed-grown in the Dominican Republic. The taste profile offers nougat and hazelnut.

The cigars feature a Habano Ecuador wrapper and a San Vicente Mejorado binder. Each cigar has a shiny, oily dark brown wrapper and a second ring in red with a gold foil pattern and Rooster icon with holographic effect.

Ten Year of the Rooster cigars, in Diademas Finas format, are presented in pairs in a glossy lacquered red and dark wood box. Only 8,000 boxes will be available worldwide.
