The latest fragrant innovations from Coty, for Marc Jacobs and Calvin Klein |
INTERNATIONAL. Coty Prestige has unveiled three new products from its Marc Jacobs and Calvin Klein designer fragrance brands.
The company has just launched the Marc Jacobs Daisy Solid Perfume Ring into the UK, the Nordic region and southern Europe. This will be complemented by the roll-out of the Daisy Purse Spray in December 2008.
In other news, Coty will introduce Calvin Klein Euphoria Men Intense, throughout travel retail worldwide, in February 2008.
The Marc Jacobs innovations reflect the designer’s reputation for “must-have” accessories, according to Coty. The Solid Perfume Ring is described as a playful fragrance accessory with a vintage feel.
The portable, gold-coloured daisy ring design twists to reveal the 0.75g solid perfume within.
The Purse Spray Bottle, also ideal for travel, is topped with a single vinyl petal that bends to the touch. It is available as a 0.7oz, with a 0.5oz refill.
Calvin Klein Euphoria Men Intense is said to be a rich, darker version of the original. The juice, an oriental amber, features sensual and masculine ingredients to create a feeling of mystery and intrigue, according to Coty.
The scent opens on a ginger pepper accord, leading to a heart of hydroponic sage, upon a base of ood wood and labdanum.
The flacon echoes the silhouette and materials of its predecessor, reinterpreted with a bronze finish inspired by the darker, richer fragrance within. The outer carton is also a graduated bronze.
Euphoria Men Intense will be available as a 50ml and 100ml edt spray, and a 100ml after shave splash.
