Coty has extended its Joop! fragrance line with a new masculine fragrance that has “the wow effect”.
Joop! Wow!, available in Europe travel retail from 1 February, is aimed at free-spirited men who have “nothing to prove”.

The fresh, woody scent opens with bergamot, cardamom and violet leaf, building to a heart of fir balsam, tonka bean and vanilla sur-absolute. The dry down features vetiver and cashmeran.
Joop! Wow! Eau de Toilette comes in 60ml (€55) and 100ml (€68).
The fragrance is housed in a bell-shaped flacon with transparent glass, and what looks like a black metal cap is actually a lid with a hole. Both the bottle and the carton feature white labels with the fragrance name in bold, black letters.

The eau de parfum launch is supported by a film produced by La Vie en Rose director Olivier Dahan. Shot in a country mansion, the black and white film follows a ‘hero’ on a journey from his raw animal instinct to an accomplished, refined gentleman. The turning point, according to the brand, is the hero’s encounter with a wild cat.
