INDIA. Independent travel retailer CocoCart has unveiled Bon Voyage, a convenience goods store at Bengaluru Kempegowda International Airport.
The outlet is described as a “one-stop solution for every kind of traveller” that combines the elements of a traditional newsstand and a convenience store.
As reported, CocoCart started as an online venture during the 2021 COVID-19 lockdowns in India before evolving into an omnichannel brand with airport and highway stores. The company is the brainchild of Karan and Arjun Ahuja, sons of Flemingo Duty Free Founder Atul Ahuja.
It offers reading materials, travel essentials and food items, including an eclectic mix of international and local confectionery brands.
The company said it aims to bring travellers convenience, entertainment and a touch of luxury during their journey.
The store showcases a wide assortment of print media, including newspapers, magazines and books under various categories and in different languages.
Its other offers include a curated selection of travel essentials, including travel-sized electronic accessories and other practical items.
It also sells convenience store staples such as premium snacks, drinks and confectionery.
