INDIA. Pernod Ricard India and DFS have announced Saurabh Sinha from Pune as the winner of their mega promotion “˜Chivas – Beetle in a Bottle’ at Mumbai Chattrapathi Shivaji International Airport.
Sinha, winner of a new Volkswagen Beetle, said: “I have been a Chivas consumer for the last eight years and have seen many innovative promotions by the brand across many airports. This promotion was really big and I am happy that I was the lucky winner.”
Pernod Ricard said that the promotion, which began on 1 October, generated tremendous excitement among passengers.

“The success of the promotion was evident from the highest-ever participation in any such promotion,” the drinks company said.
The draw was conducted at the Terminal 2C Arrivals shop earlier this month.
The car was handed over by DFS country head Vispi Patel and Pernod Ricard India VP Operations – Prathmesh Misra on 22 December at the airport.
