GERMANY. Gebr. Heinemann Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Dr. Dirk Schneider has decided to leave the company at the end of June after three years to take on new challenges.
Schneider said he is proud of the impact he has delivered for the company in general and his CCO divisions in particular.
“I am very pleased about the big steps we have taken together, from mastering a tough crisis until the strategic clarity for new growth,” he said.
“We were able to break new grounds for Heinemann in many areas, especially with regard to a customer-centric and data-driven mindset.”

He added: “Taking this decision was not easy for me, as Gebr. Heinemann is an extraordinary company with a real heart and soul.”
Co-owner and Supervisory Board Member Claus Heinemann said: “We respect that Dirk has decided to leave us and thank him for the collaboration and his strong impact. We wish him good luck and success both privately and professionally.”
Schneider joined Gebr. Heinemann in 2020 and has been responsible for purchasing, marketing, supply chain and commercial effectiveness.
Co-CEO Raoul Spanger will assume the CCO responsibilities until Schneider’s replacement is appointed. ✈
