Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club to debut at Hong Kong, LaGuardia & Boston Logan airports

HONG KONG/USA. Airport customer experience specialist Airport Dimensions and partner JPMorgan Chase, the American investment bank and financial services company, have revealed the first three travel locations for their new Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club concept.

The first lounge in the network is scheduled to open at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1 later this year. That will be followed by new facilities at New York LaGuardia Airport Terminal B and in the Boston Logan International Airport Terminal B to C Connector.

Additional lounges at other major airports will be introduced to the network in the future, the partners said.

Airport Dimensions CEO Mignon Buckingham said: “As a leading provider of premium airport lounges with an established global presence, our mission is to provide unique, tailored experiences to our guests all over the world.

“Bringing Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club to some of the world’s biggest airports highlights our commitment to enhancing the customer journey. We’re excited about the innovative offering we are developing with our partner JPMorgan Chase at these prestigious locations.”

Chase Branded Cards President Catherine Hogan said: “We are committed to providing elevated experiences throughout customers’ travel journeys, and our Sapphire Reserve card members have told us lounge benefits are something they want.

“We’re excited to bring Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club to life in airports in cities across the US and beyond, providing our card members new value, through a fresh approach that’s rooted in the unique Sapphire experiences they love.”

As reported, Airport Dimensions recently announced its debut into the South American lounge market in collaboration with Ambaar, with a number of locations already in development.

This follows the recent acquisition of the No1 Lounges business with joint venture partners Swissport. That partnership involves the operation of nine No1 Lounges spaces at London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Birmingham airports.
