The lounge design draws inspiration from the host city through elements such as locally curated menus and art. It includes spaces for working and relaxing, fresh and seasonal dining options, signature cocktails, local beer and a wine list.

Other services include free high-speed wifi, televisions and more. The lounge is non-smoking and air-conditioned.

The lounge features an in-lounge digital experience with features and tools, including:

  • A range of food & beverage options on the a la carte menu, at the time of opening, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and complimentary refreshments (soft drinks and alcoholic drinks), available via digital ordering.
  • Digital media and entertainment, including local newspapers and magazines.

The HKG lounge is available with a Priority Pass or Lounge Key membership showing a physical or digital card on entrance. Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can use the complimentary Priority Pass membership that is an existing benefit on the Sapphire Reserve card.

Hours of operation will start at 08:00 – 20:00 at opening and will be extended later.

The new branding came about as part of a wider Airport Dimensions and Chase relationship, with the opportunity to take over an existing The Club Lounge in Hong Kong and incorporate it into the broader Sapphire Lounge by The Club network.
