Camus to showcase great French, Chinese and Irish spirits & wine as Platinum-plus Partner at Virtual Travel Retail Expo

INTERNATIONAL. Camus has become a Platinum-plus Partner for the Moodie Davitt Virtual Travel Retail Expo in October.

The family-owned Cognac house, now represented by the fifth generation under the leadership of Cyril Camus, is one of the world’s leading spirits producers.

Besides its acclaimed Cognac range, relaunched in 2019 featuring a new, upscale brand platform and a range of new generation Cognacs, Camus will also be showcasing the famous Kweichow Moutai baijiu, and the exciting Spirit of China concept.

The Spirit of China Virtual Stand & Experience will group all the renowned Chinese brands that are part of that concept while a separate Platinum Suite will present all owned and represented brands. These include Camus, Kweichow Moutai, Shede and Gujinggong (GJG) baijius, Château Loudenne and Lambay Irish whiskey.

Camus Wines and Spirits President Cyril Camus said: “Once again Martin and The Moodie Davitt Report have demonstrated their deep understanding of the duty free trade and its needs, coming up with a solution that will deliver benefits to all involved. We are very happy to join this inaugural Expo”

The Moodie Davitt Report Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie said: “What an honour it is to have a proud, innovative and independent house such as Camus involved with our pioneering Travel Retail Expo. During the past 14 months, I have had the personal privilege of telling the exciting stories behind the relaunch of Camus and also the amazing journey that Cyril’s company has taken hand in hand with Kweichow Moutai over the past 15 years in bringing this great spirit to the world. Now, to see them take such prominence at our landmark event is a particular thrill.”
