Beecher’s Café opens at Paine Field airport’s new passenger terminal

USA. Seattle-based cheesemaker Beecher’s Handmade Cheese has opened a Beecher’s Cafe in the new passenger terminal at Paine Field airport.

Paine Field, which is also known as Snohomish County Airport, is a small international airport serving part of the Seattle metropolitan area in the US state of Washington.

Beecher’s parent company Sugar Mountain is the sole food concessionaire at the passenger terminal at Paine Field

The Beecher’s Cafe officially opened on 21 June and offers Beecher’s favourites such as the ‘World’s Best’ Mac & Cheese, grilled sandwiches made with Beecher’s cheeses, soups, fresh salads and more. The café is open from 5am to 9pm every day of the week.

A Caffe Vita coffee shop has also opened in the baggage terminal of Paine Field. The cafe kiosk offers a selection of espresso and coffee drinks, fresh pastries and grab-and-go hot and cold food options.

Beecher’s parent company Sugar Mountain is the sole food concessionaire at the passenger terminal at Paine Field, and also operates the Upper Case Bar, which features local Pacific Northwest wines, craft beers, and a variety of seasonal and aviation themed cocktails.

Food from the Beecher’s Cafe is available for order at Upper Case along with a variety of appetisers, salads, sandwiches, and plated entrees.
