US travel retail agency Alfa Brands has added Florida-based craft gin specialist Prescribed Spirits to its brands portfolio.
The partnership marks Alfa Brands’ first foray into the craft spirits category.
Prescribed Spirits’ expressions include American Dry and Barrel Finished which both feature five botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom, orange peel and pink peppercorns. American Dry is described as soft and subtle while Barrel Finished is finished in new American Oak barrels. While aging, the liquid takes on vanilla and oak notes and a touch of spice to give a dry finish.
Prescribed Spirits Founder Allen Fazendin said: “Prescribed Spirits is excited to announce our partnership with Alfa Brands and we look forward to growing our boutique gin brand in the duty-free marketplace.”
