ASIA PACIFIC. All is set fair for the inaugural APTRA APAC Dialogue webinar, in association with The Moodie Davitt Report, to be held tomorrow, Wednesday 17 March at 3pm Singapore time/0800 CET.

Attendance is free of charge and open to anyone in the travel retail and aviation sectors, the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association (APTRA) said. Registration is open via this link.

As of 16.00 Singapore time, 469 delegates had confirmed their attendance, a figure that is expected to rise considerably today.

Tomorrow’s webinar is the first in a series to run over the coming months. The first edition is being sponsored by Yam Seng and FILTR.Qingwa with another partner to be named for the follow-up event.

The APAC Dialogue will explore the pandemic-shaped industry landscape now and in the future. It features two elements:

    • The worldwide premier of the new Trinity White Paper – ‘Travel Retail Wayfinding for the Post-Covid Era’ – co-authored by Mauro Anastasi of Bain & Company and Jack MacGowan of Castlepole Consulting in association with The Moodie Davitt Report.
    • This critical document examines and reimagines all aspects of the airport retail consumer, commercial and contractual landscape in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, with appropriate recommendations. All attendees will receive an advance copy of the Trinity White Paper.

A powerful line-up of presenters and panellists will then discuss the Bain/Castlepole findings:

  • Mauro Anastasi (Presenter): Partner, Bain & Company Italy
  • Jack MacGowan (Presenter): Director, Castlepole Consulting
